Nordic Soya is committed to delivering Salmonella-free products. Our comprehensive Quality Control (QC) program includes thorough testing of final products before customer delivery. We maintain a zero-Salmonella tolerance, consistent with Finnish food and feed industry standards. To ensure this, we perform continuous self-control through sampling and analysis by accredited external laboratories, subject to audits by authorities and customers.
Specifically, for rapeseed and soybean meal, SPC, we conduct six to seven Salmonella analyses per 100 tons, using sub-samples from the production flow.
